PEPPER ROSE grafted right out of school but after realising the office life wasn’t going to cut it she got the opportunity to audition for Sky’s ‘Must Be The Music’ an X Factor antithesis where all contestants write as well as perform. She climbed her way to the finals with the original song ‘You Took My Heart’ an emotional ballad which peaked at number 7 in the UK charts, and her final soaring vocal performance at Wembley brought show host Fearne Cotton to tears.
Competition judge Dizzee Rascal took her under his wing as his protégé and she consequently toured with him for 2 years honing her live skills and forging her own inner rascal.
Like Maximus, Miss Rose will win any crowd. You can’t help but submit to her naughty charm…’
